Job description
McDonald's Restaurants Limited in Shawmut, Alabama, is hiring a Department Manager to lead Guest Service, Kitchen and People teams. You will supervise shifts, train staff, set goals, and help drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality is preferred. We seek positive, flexible team players willing to work evenings and weekends; you must be 18 or older.
