Job description
McDonald’s Restaurants Limited in New Philadelphia, OH, is seeking a Department Manager to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate and friendly service, and oversee Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments.
You will hire, train and schedule crew, drive sales and quality goals, and maintain safe, clean operations in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant management experience and 18+ years old are required.
