Job description
McDonald’s in Rock Island, IL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at a franchised store. You will manage shifts, supervise the Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments, and drive service quality and performance.
A positive, flexible team player with prior restaurant leadership is preferred. You’ll contribute to training, food safety, scheduling, and achieving sales and profitability targets in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
