Job description
McDonald’s is hiring a Department Manager at a Houston-area corporate-owned location. You will oversee Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments, lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure fast, friendly service in a demanding environment.
Previous managerial experience in foodservice or retail is preferred. We value flexible schedules, teamwork, and a drive to provide exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume McDonald’s setting.
