Job description
McDonald's® independent Owner-Operator restaurants are looking for Managers who can lead shifts, deliver fast, accurate and friendly service, and help the team succeed every week. You will oversee Guest Service, Kitchen and People departments, train crew, schedule staff, and ensure results align with customer satisfaction and franchise goals in a high‑energy, hospitality‑driven environment.
