Job description
As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our restaurants. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply.
Dishwashing: Assisting in dishwashing duties, including sorting, stacking, and ensuring clean dishes, glassware, and utensils are readily available for use.
Cleaning and Sanitization: Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including floors, counters, and equipment. Assistance to Servers: Collaborating with the serving staff to deliver exceptional service by providing support as needed, such as refilling beverages and delivering food orders.
Teamwork: Cooperating with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations. Stocking: Assisting in stocking supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and utensils, to ensure availability during service hours.
Assisting other team members, including servers and hosts, when necessary to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Following company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays.
Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
Ability to learn cash register software used by bar or restaurant POS – Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
