Role Description The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the resort’s restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient, profitable performance. This full-time, on-site role in Bellevue, IA includes managing the front-of-house team, supervising food and beverage service, and maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety. The role involves monitoring revenue and costs, coordinating menus and promotions with ownership or executive leadership, and aligning service standards with the overall resort experience. The Restaurant General Manager will handle staffing needs, including scheduling, training, and performance coaching, and will address guest feedback and service recovery. Collaboration with other resort departments will be essential to support events, group bookings, and seasonal operations.
