Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead from the front, hire and develop great people, and run a strong restaurant business. You’ll build a winning culture while sharpening leadership and operations skills as you cultivate a better world with us.
You’ll oversee guest experience, guest obsession, speed of service, and P&L management, while ensuring food safety and compliance. This role requires scheduling across lunch, dinner, and weekends and a passion for people development.
