Job description
The Wendy’s Company is seeking a General Manager for a Wendy’s store in Shreveport, LA to execute the store plan and maximize customer satisfaction through staffing, training, operations, and maintaining the store.
The GM will lead sales and profits, manage budgets, develop local marketing, supervise staffing, training, quality, service and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with policies while driving continuous improvement and guest experience.
