Job description
IHOP is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business at a Kentucky location. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
Manage revenue, profitability and quality goals, while ensuring efficient operations and strong health & safety compliance. The role requires experience across front- and back-of-house operations, with oversight of dining-room activities, staff scheduling, and food preparation.
