Job description
honeygrow is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, uphold policies, and ensure the hg Engine of speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product quality and hospitality across shifts.
The role requires at least 3 years of management in fast casual, strong leadership, and ServSafe preferred. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage payroll and P&L, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding honeygrow standards.
