Job description
The Wendy's Company seeks a Restaurant General Manager in Virginia to lead a fast, guest‑focused Wendy's restaurant, drive sales, and manage budgeting and operations.
You will train and develop team members, enforce standards, ensure safety and compliance, maintain inventory, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming.
This is a franchise role with responsibility for performance and guest satisfaction, including weekend hours and a strong emphasis on leadership.
