Martins Restaurant Systems Inc is seeking motivated individuals for a General Manager (GM) - Manager Training Program. The program begins with a five-week paid training, hands-on leadership development, and operational training.
After completion, candidates are assigned to a restaurant location to manage daily operations and advance to the General Manager role. Ideal candidates are dependable, coachable, and ready to grow into leadership.
