CAVA in Detroit is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and guest service while developing the team. You will oversee four-wall operations, inventory, staffing, and accountability with a focus on a guest- and team-first culture.
This role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and collaboration to drive results and a positive work environment across shifts. Open to owning shifts from start to finish.
