Job description
The MPMC McDonald's Organization in El Monte, California seeks a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant and uphold McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will work with leaders to set goals and build a plan to reach them.
You will lead all restaurant operations, including food production, guest experience, recruiting, onboarding, budgeting, and food safety compliance in a fast-paced environment with incentive pay on top of base pay.
