Job description
Jalapeño Tree is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, focusing on quality, service, cleanliness, and team development. You will oversee front and back-of-house, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance to drive guest satisfaction and brand standards.
The GM will train and develop managers and hourly staff, ensure food safety, and resolve guest issues while maintaining a positive workplace.
