Job description
Crema Gourmet in Miami is seeking a Store Manager to run the restaurant end-to-end, lead and coach the team, manage scheduling and standards, and drive guest satisfaction.
You will own daily operations, hit sales and cost targets, and create a welcoming, second-home experience for guests. Open availability, including weekends, is required.
Most of our managers started behind the bar; this is where hospitality becomes leadership and opportunity.
