Job description
Yoshinoya America, Inc. in Downey, CA is seeking a restaurant supervisor to lead daily food prep, cooking, plating, cashiering and guest relations while supervising others.
This role requires a minimum of two years in a restaurant, fluent English, and the ability to train staff, manage schedules, inventory and labor costs, enforce safety policies, and maintain a clean, compliant operation. Travel up to 50% to other stores may be required.
