Job description
Wendy's in Austin, TX is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the restaurant team, drive sales, and exceed operational metrics. You will mentor and develop a high-performing staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities include managing daily operations, optimizing schedules, and maintaining food safety compliance. A SERV Safe certification is required by end of training, and flexibility for shifts is expected.
