7th Street Burger is seeking a General Manager to own a flagship shop, drive sales, control labor and COGS, and lead a high-performing team. You share in shop profits and shape growth as we scale toward a national brand, with opportunities to earn substantial total compensation.
Responsibilities include hiring and developing the crew, managing schedules, inventory, and cash, and ensuring health and safety compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
