Job description

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive financial performance, and build high-performing teams. You will own sales, profitability, and execution, acting as the CEO of the store.

You will set leadership standards, develop future leaders, ensure guest experiences are exceptional, and drive strategic initiatives for long-term growth across all core functions including QSC, scheduling, and LSM.
