Job description
Taco Bell in New Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and grow the restaurant's team. You will recruit, hire, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, ensuring excellent guest experiences and financial performance.
Reporting to a franchisee, the GM will manage scheduling, training plans, budgets, and performance metrics to drive guest satisfaction and store growth in a fast-paced environment.
