Job description
Dairy Queen General Manager leads store operations with accountability for profitability, quality, service, and cleanliness. This salaried role recruits and develops a Smile Servers team to deliver the Dairy Queen brand experience to fans.
The position requires 3+ years in restaurant GM or similar leadership, P&L/inventory/labor management, and flexibility to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.
