Job description
McDonald’s in California is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant and uphold our customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You’ll set goals with your leader and develop a plan to achieve them.
You’ll lead Department Managers, coach teams, and hire and develop staff to ensure we have the right people for the future. Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume environments; quick service or hospitality/retail preferred.
