Job description

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited in Ohio is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume restaurant and achieve Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, coach staff and drive performance to deliver strong results.

Ideal candidates have previous General Manager experience in quick service, hospitality or retail, and are 18+ years old. McDonald’s offers benefits including education support, medical coverage and retirement plans.
