Job description
McDonald's Restaurants Limited seeks a General Manager to drive performance in a high-volume restaurant. You will lead a team of Department and Shift Managers, set goals, and coach staff to deliver exceptional Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience and a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail. You must be 18+ and capable of building a strong, collaborative team to achieve restaurant goals.
