Job description
McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume restaurant and lead a team of Department Managers to achieve top-tier Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will coach, develop, and guide Managers toward shared goals while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have GM experience in fast-paced environments, with a background in quick-service, hospitality, or retail.
