Job description
Dillas Quesadillas is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations in our Ruston, LA unit. You will recruit and hire managers and team members, develop talent, and instill the Dillas culture to build a high-performing team.
You will lead development, motivate the team to meet financial and operational targets, and uphold Primo standards while prioritizing safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
