Job description
Slim-Chickens in Pensacola, FL is hiring a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold brand culture and drive guest satisfaction and profits.
You will coach staff, enforce company policies, manage costs, and ensure safe, high-quality food and service while meeting labor and food-cost goals. The role includes an 8–10 week Manager in Training program (360 hours) traveling as needed before assuming full responsibilities.
