Job description
Flynn Wendy’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy Wendy’s restaurant within the Flynn Group. You will mentor and develop team members, assume total operational and financial responsibility, and ensure the Wendy’s culture is lived every shift.
Three years of GM experience in quick-service with heavy drive-thru is required; you will drive food quality, labor efficiency, service standards, food safety, and sanitation while pursuing excellence.
