Job description
Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive both customer satisfaction and profitability. You will oversee staff, inventory, scheduling, and cash management while upholding food safety standards and company policies.
The role requires proven GM experience in a high-volume setting, strong leadership, and the ability to analyze financial data to achieve targets. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.
