Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a General Manager to lead front-to-back restaurant operations in our New Hartford location. You will hire, develop and coach teams, uphold hospitality standards, and drive performance and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and recruiting, with a focus on delivering a fast, accurate, and guest-centric experience while ensuring compliance and food safety across all shifts.
