Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager in Goshen, Indiana to lead restaurant operations, build a winning culture, and drive performance from the front. You’ll hire and develop great people, manage P&L, and ensure top-notch hospitality and food safety standards.
You’ll recruit, train, and coach crew and shift leaders, oversee scheduling and forecasting, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while growing the business in a fast-paced environment.
