Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group in Bristol, VA is seeking a General Manager responsible for the restaurant's operations, guest hospitality, and team leadership.
You will recruit and train staff, oversee marketing, scheduling, inventory, and ensure safety standards, while delivering on company values: People, Hospitality, Integrity. This role reports to the District Manager and supervises assistants and team members.
