Job description
Wendy's is hiring a General Manager to oversee all people and operations for the restaurant. You will create a fun, inviting work environment and model Wendy's core values daily.
You and your leadership team will drive customer service, training and development, sales and profit growth, and accountability across the entire restaurant. You will manage the P&L to control costs and reach profit targets by identifying opportunities in revenue, service and efficiency.
