P & Z CAROLINA PIZZA - NC is seeking a General Manager in Waynesville, NC. This role includes managing all operations to ensure quality products and excellent customer service, while meeting profit goals. Responsibilities involve recruiting and training staff, overseeing sales and budget management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, preferably with prior restaurant management experience. Certification in food service is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.
