Job description
Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead a single restaurant operation. You will drive sales, manage staff performance, enforce company policies, and use our systems to maximize profits while delivering guest satisfaction.
Reporting to the District Manager, you will build a high-performing team, coach crew and management, control costs, and ensure consistent service quality in a fast-paced Quick Service environment.
