Job description
ARC Burger in Missouri is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, people development and performance. You will report to the District Manager and supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Crew Members to execute the business plan.
You will drive staffing, training, inventory control, budgeting and P&L management while upholding standards, safety, and customer service.
