Job description
Bluemont Group is seeking a General Manager for a full-time Jefferson City, TN location. The GM will lead a team to deliver great guest experiences and ensure profitable top-line sales in a Dunkin’-standards environment.
Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, achieving brand standards, and driving sales while managing labor, food costs, and cash. The schedule centers around peak business hours and collaborative planning with the District Manager.
