McAlister's is seeking a General Manager in Baton Rouge, LA to oversee all restaurant operations with a focus on safety, quality, and guest experience. You will lead scheduling, training, and cost-control while maintaining high standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced setting. Prior deli/food service management is a plus; evening and weekend availability is required.
