Job description
Superica Strawberry Hill is seeking a General Manager to lead our dynamic team in Charlotte. The GM will helm all restaurant operations, oversee seating and menu changes, and manage hiring, training, and staff development.
Aimed at delivering guest satisfaction with an open and positive leadership style. We offer a competitive salary ($85,000–$120,000 per year DOE) plus a generous quarterly bonus, with full benefits after 30 days.
