Job description
Wendy's is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in LaPlace, LA to lead the restaurant management team, ensure excellent guest experiences, and drive sales and operational excellence.
As a leader, you will mentor and develop staff, uphold food safety, and maintain a high-quality, clean dining environment while meeting financial goals. A Serv Safe certification is preferred or must be obtained during training.
