Job description
The Restaurant General Manager at Charter Foods leads the TEAM to set the tone of the work environment and deliver great food with a friendly guest experience. You will hire, develop and train employees, conduct new hire orientation and execute the training plan for each new hire, and manage scheduling and performance.
You will also handle customer issues, oversee the restaurant budget and financial plans, and drive strong leadership and communication to build a high-performing team.
