Job description
Crema Gourmet is seeking a Store Manager to lead the restaurant end-to-end in New York. You will train and coach the team, manage scheduling and standards, and meet financial targets to drive guest satisfaction.
You will create a welcoming, second-home experience for every guest while owning P&L and KPIs, and ensuring weekend availability. This role requires leadership, calm focus, and an organized approach.
