Job description
Workstream seeks a General Manager to oversee all restaurant activities in Wisconsin, ensuring goals are met and standards are maintained. This role requires leading a team, coordinating across shifts, and driving performance with a hands-on leadership style.
The GM will manage a 45+ hour week, travel between stores as needed, and ensure quality service, food safety, and strong staff development. A minimum 3–5 years in management is expected.
