Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a guest-obsessed mindset. You will own the P&L, drive sales, recruit and develop the team, and uphold Chipotle standards of hospitality and food safety.
You will manage scheduling, training, and performance to deliver a fast, friendly, and accurate guest experience across all shifts, including weekends. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
