Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a Taco Bell restaurant in California. The GM will mentor and lead a team, drive profitability, manage P&L, recruitment, training, and uphold DRG values while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities include developing leaders, maintaining world-class operations, enforcing policies, and fostering an inclusive culture. Requires 2+ years restaurant leadership, SERV Safe, 45-hour weeks, and English proficiency.
