Job description
Bueno Restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead the strategic and operational direction of the restaurant and drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and brand standards. This hands-on leader partners with a management team to ensure safe, clean, and welcoming environments while supporting team development and engagement.
The GM will oversee day-to-day operations, coach staff, and continuously improve performance across the restaurant.
