Job description
McDonald's is seeking a General Manager in the United States to lead a profitable restaurant focused on McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will work with leaders to set goals and create plans to achieve them, while building and mentoring a strong management team across departments.
You will hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers, guiding them to meet targets and sustain restaurant performance.
