Job description
Soar Restaurants Sonic in Wisconsin seeks a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead the drive‑in’s operations and develop a high‑performing team. This exempt position reports to the Market Supervisor and focuses on guest experience, cost control, and compliance with applicable laws.
Key duties include recruiting, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, supervising staff, managing inventories and vendor performance, and maintaining records and operational reports.
